So far, there seems to be a trend of disappointment for me, honestly. I was really looking forward to having a lot of new good music to listen to so I was kind of upset that kpop lately hasn't been very satisfying, but nonetheless I am glad that so many artists are coming back and I'm looking forward to what others have in store.

First of all it might be important to note that VIXX is one of my favorite groups; some of their old songs are very important to me and I love them as people so I was very excited when I heard that they were coming back. I thought the concept was creative as well, and the teaser made it all seem very interesting and exciting so I had high expectations.
But honestly I'm conflicted. The music video for me was not very intriguing and I the song is alright to me but nothing really special. The choreography and the song are very 'normal.' I definitely think it's good to have a concept that isn't what they usually do, so people will take them seriously and consider them a mature group rather than a group that just does "dark" concepts or whatever, but at the same I don't like the fact that it just doesn't really sound very much like them and honestly it's kind of just generic-kpop-boyband-style.
The choreography was disappointing to me; I know there are people who like it a lot but for me it was not memorable at all. There's no "point" or memorable move in my opinion. VIXX always has really interesting choreography so I was kind of upset that this song doesn't have a strong dance.
I guess in terms of VIXX comebacks this is by far not my favorite, but I do like the song and have been listening to it a lot and last week it was probably the song I liked to listen to the most so I can't say I hate it, I'm just not as impressed as I was expecting to be.
Apparently the song is really hitting home with everyone else though, or VIXX has gained a lot of new fans because they already have 2 wins with it which I'm really proud of them for.
I definitely like this song, and after hearing it more times it has grown on me some more as well, but as for the music video, it was kind of boring to me. I didn't really like the concept, or understand it all that much, and if the song wasn't so catchy, I probably wouldn't have finished watching it even once. I'm not big for music videos though so that might be why. I do like the choreography, but again, Infinite has done better and they are definitely talented enough to have a stronger choreography so I feel like it was kind of lacking in this respect.
At first I thought their voices didn't really suit the song but it's grown on me and I think the song showcases their vocal talents really well. I'm pretty content with the song, but I just feel like, the same with VIXX, they're cutting themselves short a bit. They could do better, I feel. It's like it's missing something but I don't really know what.
But overall, I like the song a lot and it's one of my favorites to listen to right now so I'm not complaining.
I don't have much to say about this because I don't really like Jiyeon so all I'm going to say is that her voice is too weak for a solo, and her range is limited so the song is for me just kind of boring. It had the potential to be a catchy song but it never got there for me. The music video was creative though, I'll give it that, but the dance is average. I was certain they would try and sell her sexual appeal through this solo but I don't really know what they were going for / why they chose to give her a solo anyway, because honestly she isn't that powerful of a singer or dancer and there doesn't seem to be anything really going for her in this song. One of the live performances was interesting because of the pretty crazy costume change that they did through editing, but anyway yeah not impressed at all.
There's a lot I could talk about concerning my thoughts about U-Kiss and their progress over the years and their style and whatnot, but I will say that I'm disappointed that they keep trying to change themselves to fit what they think people will like, rather than sticking with their own unique style. This comeback was especially unimpressive, simply because the video and choreography were far too sexual and uncomfortable. Kevin even apologized for it, which is what I find ridiculous. If the artist themselves don't like what they're doing you know it's wrong. The sad thing is the song isn't bad, really, and it has grown on me since it's been realeased. But the video and the choreography just kind of make it not very enjoyable. The live performances don't really help either.
